He was extremely nice; the van was very comfortable, and we had the best time talking to him. The next day we were thrilled that Alberto picked us up from the Airbnb and brought us to Civitavecchia for our Disney Cruise, as we had already made his acquaintance and again everything went great. On our way from Civitavecchia to the Airport we were hoping for Alberto to pick us up as we were so comfortable with him, but instead it was someone else, a woman, who was also very nice. They really go above and beyond to make you feel special and because the drivers wear uniforms, it adds a special touch to the service.
The boss of the Company, Marco, is also very nice and offered to help us out with any of our needs the next time we travel to Italy.
After our great experience, we will always try to use Rome Airporter for all our transfer needs.

  Excellent experience- highly recommend! - We had a very tight time frame to get from the Civitavecchia cruise port to the FCO airport. I wasn't sure exactly what time we would be allowed... read more off the ship so I reached out to the company to make sure they'd be there early and then wait if we were delayed. I communicated with them on 3 different occasions and each time they responded quickly and reassured me the driver and the van will be there waiting for us with a sign. He was there, right next to the ship, the sign was clear and easy to spot. The van comfortably held all of us (6 adults) and ALL our 6 large pieces of luggage and 6 carry ons.
The price is reasonable and was less expensive than if we used the transfer from the cruise company. We paid approx. $50 pp. Cruise wanted $75 pp and who knows how long we would have had to wait until the bus was filled up. We were off the ship at 6:30am and on our way to the airport by 6:35.
The driver, Matteo, was a lovely gentleman, polite and helpful.
I seldom write reviews but compelled to write this one. Traveling is stressful, especially with tight timeframes. Our experience with this company could not have been any better!

However private transfers can meet you right as you leave the ship. We left the boat earlier than expected and our driver was there waiting for us. The driver was friendly and professional . He got us to the airport quickly and safely.
