The pick-up and transfer were outstanding. Pino , our driver ( was already there on the pier waiting for us when we came out of the terminal with our luggages. The vehicle was comfortable, clean and spacious. The drive to Rome was pleasant and enjoyable. Pino drove responsibly and we felt very safe. Our driver was waiting for us when we disembarked. He brought our luggage to the car. He was professional, cheerful and very courteous. The car was clean and in excellent condition. The ride was fast, smooth and very comfortable. We enjoyed the ride and were dropped off outside the gate to our little hotel.
The email communications I had with Marco in Customer Service were promptly handled.
We were very pleased to have chosen this company for our transfer. The charges were also lower than what had been quoted by our cruise line for a similar private transfer.

The driver delivered us to an area where we could eas8ly transfer our bags to the ship’s personnel so we really didn’t have to handle them again.
