We scheduled the pick up at 9:30 a.m. but Valentino was there at 9:05 a.m. The Mercedes mini van was very nice and he was fabulous. I would highly recommend them.

  Excellent experience- highly recommend! - We had a very tight time frame to get from the Civitavecchia cruise port to the FCO airport. I wasn't sure exactly what time we would be allowed... read more off the ship so I reached out to the company to make sure they'd be there early and then wait if we were delayed. I communicated with them on 3 different occasions and each time they responded quickly and reassured me the driver and the van will be there waiting for us with a sign. He was there, right next to the ship, the sign was clear and easy to spot. The van comfortably held all of us (6 adults) and ALL our 6 large pieces of luggage and 6 carry ons.
The price is reasonable and was less expensive than if we used the transfer from the cruise company. We paid approx. $50 pp. Cruise wanted $75 pp and who knows how long we would have had to wait until the bus was filled up. We were off the ship at 6:30am and on our way to the airport by 6:35.
The driver, Matteo, was a lovely gentleman, polite and helpful.
I seldom write reviews but compelled to write this one. Traveling is stressful, especially with tight timeframes. Our experience with this company could not have been any better!

It was very, very hot. This made the trip a bit uncomfortable. But we loved the ship. Entertainment every night, a pool, several restaurants, entertainment throughout the ship during the day., excellent food, private balcony, board games, tables throughout the ship for coffee and conversation, very comfortable chairs situated for conversation or reading, lots of books. Very easy to join a tour. Daily updates on tours and stops. Only once did we have to take a small boat to exit the ship.

  Best independent transfer from FCO to Citavecvhia fir cruise - Driver had sign for us right outside luggage collection. Short few minutes walk to the comfortable large car.
Driver was friendly and drive felt safe.
