We also used the company 2 days later for a private tour of Rome! The driver was knowledgeable and took us to many of the major historical sites in Rome. We highly recommend this service!!!

Priced well and good communication. Even though I trust Tripadvisor when making reservations - it's still a bit nerve wracking when you have a cruise to catch - but this worked out perfectly.

  Excellent experience- highly recommend! - We had a very tight time frame to get from the Civitavecchia cruise port to the FCO airport. I wasn't sure exactly what time we would be allowed... read more off the ship so I reached out to the company to make sure they'd be there early and then wait if we were delayed. I communicated with them on 3 different occasions and each time they responded quickly and reassured me the driver and the van will be there waiting for us with a sign. He was there, right next to the ship, the sign was clear and easy to spot. The van comfortably held all of us (6 adults) and ALL our 6 large pieces of luggage and 6 carry ons.
The price is reasonable and was less expensive than if we used the transfer from the cruise company. We paid approx. $50 pp. Cruise wanted $75 pp and who knows how long we would have had to wait until the bus was filled up. We were off the ship at 6:30am and on our way to the airport by 6:35.
The driver, Matteo, was a lovely gentleman, polite and helpful.
I seldom write reviews but compelled to write this one. Traveling is stressful, especially with tight timeframes. Our experience with this company could not have been any better!

Our return was scheduled for 4:30 pm but we finished early and called on you to see if we could get an earlier pick up and without hesitation you arranged for Marco to return within 15 minutes at 2:30 to return us to the Port.
