Not only was Marco on time at 5 am (yes 5 am was our requested pick up from the Port) with a smile and bottled water (a tough commodity in some locations); he was extremely patient, kind and informative on our way to the Vatican City area. We were also so impressed to literally have "gangway" to "door" service both ways. Our return was scheduled for 4:30 pm but we finished early and called on you to see if we could get an earlier pick up and without hesitation you arranged for Marco to return within 15 minutes at 2:30 to return us to the Port.

The car was comfortable, clean and smelled fresh - thank you and I couldn't resist hugging Marco when he dropped us off.
