He was extremely nice; the van was very comfortable, and we had the best time talking to him. The next day we were thrilled that Alberto picked us up from the Airbnb and brought us to Civitavecchia for our Disney Cruise, as we had already made his acquaintance and again everything went great. On our way from Civitavecchia to the Airport we were hoping for Alberto to pick us up as we were so comfortable with him, but instead it was someone else, a woman, who was also very nice. They really go above and beyond to make you feel special and because the drivers wear uniforms, it adds a special touch to the service.
The boss of the Company, Marco, is also very nice and offered to help us out with any of our needs the next time we travel to Italy.
After our great experience, we will always try to use Rome Airporter for all our transfer needs.

We got... read more right off ship, unfortunately he was 10 minutes early but it was our fault as just couldn't be sure with the ship arrival and self depart. GREAT experience, wish we had time for him to stop at a place to see like Ostia Antica, for an hour, and suggested maybe incorporate something like that for a half day ss and combo transfer if its something on the coast and not in the terrible traffic. Highly recommend this option.
