On our departure date our driver met us in the Hotel lobby on time and again loaded us in a clean Mercedes Van and took us to the airport and parked directly in front of the check in for our return flight.
The service was flawless!

Marco was very professionnal and helpful to cater any queries we had about the transfer.

The pick-up and transfer were outstanding. Pino , our driver ( was already there on the pier waiting for us when we came out of the terminal with our luggages. The vehicle was comfortable, clean and spacious. The drive to Rome was pleasant and enjoyable. Pino drove responsibly and we felt very safe. Furthermore , the conversation with our driver was enjoyable and he even recommended some restaurants in Rome. we reached our hotel in the time we had anticipated and all in all we would surely use Rome Airporter again on future travel to Civitavecchia and Rome. i would recommend this transfer service with no hesitations. He was extremely nice; the van was very comfortable, and we had the best time talking to him. The next day we were thrilled that Alberto picked us up from the Airbnb and brought us to Civitavecchia for our Disney Cruise, as we had already made his acquaintance and again everything went great. On our way from Civitavecchia to the Airport we were hoping for Alberto to pick us up as we were so comfortable with him, but instead it was someone else, a woman, who was also very nice. They really go above and beyond to make you feel special and because the drivers wear uniforms, it adds a special touch to the service.
The boss of the Company, Marco, is also very nice and offered to help us out with any of our needs the next time we travel to Italy.
After our great experience, we will always try to use Rome Airporter for all our transfer needs.

The team reassured us they would help get us there before it left, made sure they picked us up as fast as possible, and made sure we were comfortable.
