Some people at the port had drivers who did not have permission to access the port and were left to walk to their cruise ship. Not us, we were dropped off at the Disney terminal and our driver expertly told us where to go as there were people everywhere (it was chaos). We are planning to use this company again next year. The great service and reasonable price have us coming back for more!

The driver delivered us to an area where we could eas8ly transfer our bags to the ship’s personnel so we really didn’t have to handle them again. We had four large suitcases, a backpack and two personal items. We didn’t think to ask if they were sending a van beforehand because that’s what was pictured, so that’s what we were expecting. The driver and the porter were able to get it all in leaving just enough room for us to sit in. It all worked out in the end. Driver was super friendly and got us to our hotel safely.

Our driver helped us with the bags at the pier in Civitavecchia and at FCO airport at dropoff. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time to catch out flight. It was a great experience from start to finish.
